Directions: 15 minutes north from the Palomar Medical
Center in downtown Escondido. Travel north on Valley Parkway
up and over the hill. Go through two traffic lights. The Courtyard

Directions from I-15: Directions:
From I-15 come up Grand Ave and turn on Escondido Blvd. Make
right onto 3rd Ave. We are right across the street from the
Escondido Library. As you face the building we are on the
right. Go up the stairs and our suite is the first on your
right. As you enter into the waiting room there are three
buttons on the wall on your right. Press the one marked Penny
Blazej.
